Lasting Change That Doesn't Take Forever

               Breaking Addiction

In general, we are told that therapies are a long and drawn out process, will take months or years and cost a fortune. RRT gets to the heart of the issue and can shift the causes of many behaviours in just a few sessions, this is including addictive behaviours. We have to talk first to see what the vibe is like and you have to be up for it - those are the necessary conditions that need to be met.

Rapid Resolution is a set of powerful therapeutic techniques designed by Dr. Jon Connelly in the U.S.

Rapid Resolution Therapy is not yet well known in the U.K., but it is established, particularly in the U.S., where it's well known for use in addiction recovery. In fact, the founder, Jon Connelly, worked developed many of his ground breaking techniques in the recovery setting. A quick google search will show this. You could also watch this inspiring, life changing story, in a Ted Talk by Kristin Rivas.

RRT works by taking elements of neuroscience, hypnosis, NLP and a perspective shift to assist the individual in the most effective and efficient way possible. I throw in a good dose of mindfulness and reflective practice to make it my own.

Alcohol dependency is currently the most socially acceptable form of addiction. It has the benefit of being legal and therefore more acceptable by most people. This can help get us off the hook with our own drinking habits.

Addiction is a human, societal issue and every person who struggles with addiction is someone who has had experiences in their lives, which have not been allowed to be expressed, or which are taboo in our society.

Addiction can be broken and we can be healed and move forward. Breaking Addiction is ready to assist with that.
